How to say it (will + verb · am / is / are going to + verb · am / is / are + verb-ing (fixed plan)): will + base verb for quick decisions, promises and offers: I'll help you. I won't be late. (करूँगा) going to + base verb for plans you already made: I'm going to learn swimming. (करने वाला हूँ) going to also for things you can see coming: Look at the clouds — it's going to rain. Fixed plans with a time and place: I'm meeting the doctor at five. We're flying on Friday.
