(करूँगा) going to + base verb for plans you already made: I'm going to learn swimming. (करने वाला हूँ) going to also for things you can see coming: Look at the clouds — it's going to rain. Fixed plans with a time and place: I'm meeting the doctor at five. We're flying on Friday.
