Leader's tip (Who, what, when): Listening: asking for every idea, letting quiet ones speak, noting each idea, not interrupting. Not listening: cutting people off, only hearing friends, deciding before asking. A clear instruction says who, what and when: “Kabir, take the red box to Room 12.” A vague one: “Do the stuff for the event.” Give steps one at a time, in order, then ask someone to say the task back.
