6.Banana milkshake
You need: two ripe bananas, two glasses of cold milk, one spoon of honey and a pinch of cardamom powder.
Step 1: Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.
Step 2: Put the pieces, milk and honey into the mixer jar.
Step 3: Ask an adult to run the mixer for one minute.
Step 4: Add the cardamom powder and stir.
Step 5: Pour into two glasses and enjoy it cold.

9.Grow a bean in a jar
Step 1: Fold a wet tissue paper and put it inside a glass jar.
Step 2: Push a bean seed between the tissue and the glass.
Step 3: Keep the jar near a sunny window.
Step 4: Add a little water every day so the tissue stays wet.
In about four days, a tiny root will come out. Soon a green shoot will grow upwards.

10.Quick curd rice
You need: one bowl of cooked rice, one cup of fresh curd, a little salt, some grated carrot and a few curry leaves.

Step 4: Put the grated carrot on top.
Step 5: Ask an adult to add the curry leaves fried in a little oil.
