6.Grow a bean in a jar

10.How to make lemonade
You need: two lemons, four spoons of sugar, a jug of cold water and a pinch of salt.
Step 1: Ask an adult to cut the lemons into halves.

Step 4: Stir well until the sugar disappears.

12.Sprouts chaat
You need: one bowl of sprouted moong, one chopped tomato, one chopped cucumber, lemon juice, salt and chaat masala.
Step 1: Wash the sprouts well in clean water.
Step 2: Put them in a big bowl with the tomato and cucumber.
Step 3: Add salt, chaat masala and a few drops of lemon juice.
Step 4: Mix with a spoon and serve at once.
This healthy snack needs no fire at all!
