Kind Words and Feedback Worksheet

Communication skills lesson 23: Kind words: thanks, sorry and feedback · Set 595 · 40 questions

Communication tip (Specific and sincere): A real apology: says sorry for what you did and how you will fix it, with no “but” — “I’m sorry I was late. Next time I’ll leave earlier.” Kind, useful feedback: one good thing, then one tip — “Great model! The labels could be a bit bigger.” Unkind: “Worst model ever.” A specific compliment names what was good (“Your bowling was so steady today.”); a vague one does not (“Not bad.”). Thank people for their work — the bus driver, the canteen didi.
