Dialogue and Said Words Worksheet
Writer's tip (Inside the marks): Put the exact spoken words inside “ ”. End them with a comma, a question mark (for a question) or an exclamation mark (for a shout) INSIDE the closing mark, then who said it and a full stop. Choose the said-word by the words: a question → asked, danger → shouted, a secret → whispered, a joke → giggled, sad news → sobbed.
