Story Characters Worksheet
Writer's tip (Follow the problem): List everyone in the story — people and animals are all characters. The main character appears again and again, has the problem and sorts it out. A helper may appear once or twice. Describe the main character by what they DO: helping shows kindness, trying again shows determination.
