How to say it (Small words shrink in the middle): In the middle of a sentence: weak — to (tuh), for (fuh), and (n), can (kun), of (uv). At the end of a sentence or a short answer: strong — Where are you FROM? Yes, I CAN. Never stress a weak form unless you want to make a point.
