Writing tip (Paint the picture): A describing word tells more about a noun: its size (tiny), colour (white), shape (round) or look (pretty). The sentence with more fitting describing words paints the clearer picture. Match the sense: tastes → sweet, sour, salty; sounds → loud, quiet; feels → soft, rough, sticky; looks → bright, shiny.
