Email Writing Worksheet
Writing tip (Clear and polite): Subject line: a few words that say exactly what the email is about (Maths homework for today). Open with “Dear” + the name and a comma (Dear Ms Singh,); ask politely (Could you please …?). Do not write in CAPITAL LETTERS (it looks like shouting); close with “Thank you and regards,” and your name.
