Informal Letter Format Worksheet
Writing tip (Address, date, Dear, body, Yours lovingly): Order: your address → the date → the greeting → the body → the closing → your name. Greeting: “Dear” + the name you call the person + a comma (Dear Riya, Dear Grandma,). Closing: “Yours lovingly,” (no apostrophe in Yours, a comma after it), then your name on the next line.
