Business tip (Ask, don’t push): Helpful questions: price, how often, what they dislike now, which choice, where they buy now. Unhelpful: “right?” questions that push for a yes, and off-topic questions. Ask the real buyers (Class 6 students for a Class 6 snack), and ask many — 30 answers tell you more than 3. Count the answers: percent who said yes = yes ÷ all asked × 100.
