Goal Setting Worksheet: Breaking Goals into Steps
Study tip (Divide and date): Order: write the big goal → split it into steps → give each step a date → do the first step → check and adjust weekly. Share it equally: amount each week = total ÷ number of weeks (e.g. 64 pages in 8 weeks → 64 ÷ 8 = 8 pages a week). A good step is small and clear (“make 10 flashcards”); a poor one is too big or vague (“master all maths”).
