Study tip (25 + 5): One round = 25 minutes focus + 5 minutes break = 30 minutes. Focus minutes = rounds × 25; total minutes = rounds × 30. Full rounds in a time = minutes ÷ 30 (ignore the left-over minutes). Helps focus: one task, a timer, phone in another room, notifications off.
