Tip (Add, don’t dominate): Good: listening to all, bringing in quiet members, facts or examples, disagreeing politely, staying on the topic, short turns, summing up. Poor: shouting others down, speaking non-stop, staying silent the whole time, mocking, going off-topic, repeating one point, arguing personally.
