Leader's tip (Confident, not cocky): Confidence: speaking up in class, trying for the team, asking for help, making eye contact, volunteering to lead. Low confidence: never raising a hand, saying “I can’t”, hiding at the back, mumbling answers. Showing off: boasting about marks, mocking weaker players, talking over others. Build it: practise aloud first, stand straight with your head up, and use kind self-talk — “I can try this.”
