Leader's tip (What, how much, by when): A clear goal has a number and a date: “Collect 200 old books for the library by Friday.” A vague goal: “Collect lots of books sometime.” Weekly target = goal ÷ weeks: 60 saplings in 4 weeks → 15 a week. Still needed = goal − done so far. Good habits: write it down, share it with all, small weekly targets, checking progress. Poor: no deadline, goals nobody knows, far too many goals.
