Leader's tip (Steps, dates, spare days): List the steps and give each step a number of days and a mini-deadline. Days needed = add up the steps. Spare days = days you have − days needed. Due in 14 days, tasks 3 + 5 + 2 = 10 days → 4 spare days. Do what is due sooner first, start early and check your progress every week.
