The method (Add 12 after noon): a.m. → keep the hour, written with 2 digits: 07:15. p.m. → add 12 to the hour: 3:35 p.m. = 15:35. 24-hour back to 12-hour: hour more than 12 → take away 12 and say p.m. Time taken: count whole hours, then minutes. 1 hour = 60 minutes.
