Give it to the member with that strength: keep the budget → good with numbers; welcome the guests → warm and welcoming. Good delegation: everyone gets a part, tasks are explained, there is a check-in time. Poor: doing it all yourself, only friends get tasks, keeping the fun jobs for you.
