My Best Friend. Hints: name — class — how he or she looks — what you do together — why you like your friend.
A Rainy Day. Hints: clouds and rain — streets — children — animals and birds — what you did.
My School. Hints: name and place — building — teachers — what you do there — why you like it.
✅ Answer key — Paragraph writing — set A
My best friend is Aman. He studies in my class and sits next to me. He is tall, cheerful and always ready to help others. We play cricket together in the evening and share our tiffin at school. When I am sad, he makes me laugh. I am lucky to have a friend like him.
Yesterday was a rainy day. Dark clouds covered the sky and it rained heavily in the afternoon. The streets were full of water and children floated paper boats. The air became cool and fresh. Frogs croaked and peacocks danced. I sat by the window with my family and enjoyed hot pakoras.
My school is a big and beautiful school in my town. It has a playground, a library, a computer lab and many bright classrooms. Our teachers are kind and help us learn something new every day. We play games, sing songs and take part in competitions. I love my school because I have many good friends there.
Cleanliness. Hints: why it matters — personal cleanliness — clean home and school — dustbins — result.
Trees Are Our Friends. Hints: oxygen — fruits and shade — birds — wood and medicines — soil and rain — what we should do.
My Mother. Hints: what she does every day — how she helps you — her nature — your feelings.
✅ Answer key — Paragraph writing — set B
Cleanliness is very important for good health. We should bathe every day, wash our hands before eating and keep our nails short. We must keep our homes, schools and streets clean and throw waste only in the dustbin. A clean place keeps germs away and makes everyone healthy and happy.
Trees are our best friends. They give us oxygen to breathe, fruits to eat and shade on hot days. Birds build their nests in them. Trees give us wood, paper and medicines. Their roots stop the soil from washing away, and forests bring rain. We should plant more trees and take care of them.
My mother is the most important person in my life. She wakes up early and cooks tasty food for all of us. She helps me with my homework and tells me stories at night. When someone is ill, she takes care of them. She is kind, patient and hardworking. I love my mother very much.
