Keyboard: U D L R F B turn a face, with Shift for the prime (U'). Y turns the whole cube. Backspace undoes.
No headlights anywhere: do the algorithm once from any side. Now you have headlights — put them at the back and do it again.
When no side shows headlights, two corners must swap across the diagonal. Doing the algorithm once from any side always makes a pair of headlights, and then you finish as in level 15.
