Keyboard: U D L R F B turn a face, with Shift for the prime (U'). Y turns the whole cube. Backspace undoes.
Line the edge up at the front. If its top colour matches the LEFT centre, do U' L' U L U F U' F'. A stuck edge: do the right algorithm once with any top edge to push it out, then insert it normally.
The left algorithm U' L' U L U F U' F' is the mirror image of the right one. An edge that is already in the middle layer but in the wrong place or flipped must first be pushed out to the top — just do one of the two algorithms on its spot — and then put in properly.
