To multiply fractions, multiply the numerators and multiply the denominators, then simplify. To divide by a fraction, turn it upside down (its reciprocal) and multiply. For decimals, multiply as whole numbers and count the decimal places; to divide by a decimal, move the point in both numbers until the divisor is whole.
