Phishing is a trick message — a text, email, chat or call — that tries to make you share a password, an OTP or money, or click a harmful link. Four red flags give most of them away: urgency (“reply in 10 minutes or your account closes!”), a prize you never entered, a strange link, and spelling mistakes. A message can even come from a friend’s hacked account. Don’t click — show it to a trusted adult.
