You and the computer each flip two cards. Multiply yours before the 10-second timer runs out — the bigger answer wins the pile. Equal answers? It’s WAR, and the pile grows!
How to play Multiplication War
Choose your tables (2 to 20).
Each round you get two cards. Type their product within 10 seconds.
Right answer and a bigger product than the computer’s two cards = you win the pile. Wrong or too slow = the computer takes it.
Same product? WAR! The pile carries to the next round. 15 rounds — win 20 cards for the Card Shark badge.
It is the classic card game “war” with a maths twist: each player turns over two cards and multiplies them, and the bigger product wins all the cards in play. Here you play against the computer — you must also type your product correctly in time.
Is it free?
Yes — free, in the browser on phones and computers, no download.
Which tables should my child choose?
Start with 2, 5 and 10, then 3 and 4, then 6 to 9. Older children can play with 11 to 20.
Can my child play against a friend?
Yes. Signed-in players can send a challenge link — the friend gets exactly the same cards, and a small board shows who won more (first names only).
