PDF keeps a layout exactly as designed, so it suits printing and forms. GIF suits short, silent looping animations, and MP4 suits video with sound. Pictures, photos, fonts and music belong to the people who made them (copyright). Use your own work or free-to-use work, follow the licence and give credit by naming who made it.
