TalentJR apps
The frame rate tells how many frames are shown every second, written as fps (frames per second). Cinema films have long used 24 fps; many videos use 25, 30 or 60 fps, and simple animations often use 12 fps. A higher frame rate makes motion smoother. To find the frames, multiply: 5 seconds at 24 fps = 120 frames. To find the seconds, divide: 36 frames at 24 fps = 1.5 seconds. Animators often draw “on twos”, holding each drawing for 2 frames, so 24 fps needs only 12 drawings a second.
