Last digits adding to 10 — Vedic maths trick

The trick

Antyayoreva — “only the last digits”

1. Check: same front part, last digits add up to 10.
2. Left part: front part × the next number.
3. Right part: multiply the last digits — always write it with 2 digits.

Use it for: Pairs like 34 × 36, 71 × 79, 123 × 127. (Trick 2, squares ending in 5, is the special case 5 + 5.)

Worked example: 92 × 98 = 9016
