    How to say it

Greet → Say → Ask → Thank — “Every real conversation follows these four steps”

    1. Introduce: Hi, I'm… I live in… I work as / study… — keep it to three or four sentences.
    2. Opinion: I think… because… — Phone: Hello, this is… Could I speak to…? (क्या मेरी बात … से हो सकती है?)
    3. Complaint: I'm sorry to say, but… / I would like a refund. — stay calm and polite, never rude.
    4. Close every talk: Thank you. / Nice talking to you. / Have a good day!

Use it for: Every day: college, office, shops, phone calls, travel, functions and interviews — wherever you speak English.

Worked example: I work as a software tester.

    1. Try each option in the gap: as / like / for.
    2. work as + job = … का काम करना (I work as a teacher).

Check: I can introduce myself, give one opinion and make a polite complaint without stopping ✓
