    How to say it

    I / you / we / they + verb; he / she + verb-s · am / is / are + verb-ing — “Simple present = habits and facts; present continuous = right now”

    1. Habits and facts: I work. She works. (करता हूँ / करती है) — add -s / -es with he, she, it.
    2. Questions and 'not': Do you…? Does he…? I don't… She doesn't… (verb has no -s after does).
    3. Right now: am / is / are + verb-ing — I am cooking. They are playing. (कर रहा हूँ)
    4. Signal words: every day, usually, always (simple) · now, right now, at the moment (continuous).

Use it for: Talking about your routine, your job, your family, or telling someone on the phone what you are doing now.

Worked example: She works in a hospital.

    1. Try each option in the gap: works / work / working.
    2. He / she / it + verb-s in simple present. (he/she के साथ क्रिया में -s।)

Check: Can I say three things I do every day and two things people at home are doing right now? ✓
