Class 3 stories are longer. Questions ask why things happened, in what order, and what a new word means. If you meet a new word, read the sentence around it — the story usually explains it.

For a new word, read the sentences around it for clues.
For pronouns (he, she, they, it), find the name they point back to.
Use it for: Class 3 English comprehension, story worksheets and school exams.
Worked example: Where did Anil find the puppy? → under a bench
Read the passage: Anil found a small puppy shivering under a bench at the bus stop. It was raining hard, and the puppy was wet and hungry. Anil wrapped it in his scarf and carried it home. His mother warmed some milk in a bowl. The puppy drank all of it and wagged its tail. Anil named the puppy Bijli because it ran as fast as lightning.
Find the line with the answer: “under a bench at the bus stop”
These words give the answer: under a bench.
Check: The line “under a bench at the bus stop” gives exactly “under a bench” ✓
